Waterfront di Levante is the futuristic project of international renown by Renzo Piano Building Workshop in collaboration with Studio OBR, which revolutionises the image of the city and offers a new way of life, built according to sustainable green building criteria with LEED Gold and NZEB (Nearly Zero Emission Building) certification.

Developed by Orion European Real Estate Fund V and CDS Holding, and built by CDS Costruzioni S.p.A., it represents a new vision of urban living.
