An iconic project
Genoa welcomes the new vision donated by the Renzo Piano Building Workshop with the aim of redesigning the urban waterfront, to “bring the sea back into the city, with a new marina and canals that allow people to enjoy the presence of water.” An exclusive residential project, located in the area of the Fiera del Mare, whose key concepts revolve around respect for the environment and the health of the local residents.
On a large island, built on the sea, majestic buildings emerge, like sentinels ready to guide the sailors. A feeling of lightness provided by the transparency of the vast glass walls, which offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. Developed according to the Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB) approach, the design is developed around the synergy of the natural components that characterise the seafront.
